The Union Minister of Road Transport and Highways, Nitin Gadkari, unveiled a multi-level flyover at Pune’s Chandni Chowk.

This time, the Union Minister of Road Transport and Highways, Nitin Gadkari, unveiled a multi-level flyover at Pune’s Chandni Chowk, a step aimed at alleviating traffic congestion in the city. The inauguration was attended by Deputy Chief Ministers Devendra Fadnavis and Ajit Pawar.

A flyover spanning over 16.98 KM with an Investment of 865 crore Indian Rupees stands at the rescue for the traffic issues of Pune. The completion of the 2.2-km-long Chandni Chowk interchange further adds to the project’s significance, aligning internal and external service roads with the Mumbai-Bangalore National Highway.

Yet only roads won’t solve the crisis in this city of Opportunities & success. To this context, the Union Minister of Road Transport and Highways collaboratively with CM Ajit Pawar suggests exploring the opportunities of having a skybus in & around the city which could hold a capacity of 250 passengers operating above the ground level.
